1) Assist in overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring quality standards, service, and food excellence.
2) Support staff management, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
3) Monitor inventory levels, manage suppliers, and control food and labour costs.
4) Collaborate with the kitchen and fornt-of-house teams to create a seamless dining experience.
5)Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
6) Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
7) Contribute to the creation of new menu items and seasonal offerings in collaboration with the kitchen team.
8) Strong leadership and communication skills.
9) Ability to work in a past paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
10) Proficiency in POS systems and basic financial management.
