For Prospective Students:

Certificate Program Requirements:

  • Applicants must be 16 years of age or older.
  • Completion of Grade 10 is required.

Diploma Program Requirements:

  • Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Must have completed Grade 12 or hold a Grade 12 certificate.

Certificate: 12 Months
Diploma: 28 Months

Yes, we have payment plans available.
Standard bank also assist those who qualify with a student loan

Certificate:

  • Olive Chef School Certificate

Diploma:

Olive Chef School:

  • Certificate in Culinary Arts
  • Diploma in Culinary Arts
  • Advanced Diploma in Culinary Arts (awarded to those who achieve over 85% on practical exams)

City and Guilds:

  • Certificate Unit – Written Exams
  • Certificate Unit – Practical Exams
  • Certificate Unit – Portfolio of Evidence/Completed Modules
  • Diploma in Food Preparation and Culinary Arts

We take a maximum of 32 students.
These students are divided into 2 groups of 16 each.

Monday & Tuesday Theory classes 8am to about 1pm
Wednesday to Friday Practical Classes 8 am to 4pm
Class schedules may change to accommodate functions.

Yes, your menu can be customized to your event and budget.

We can cater for up to 500 guests
