Entry requirements:

  • 17 years of older
  • Must be in grade 12 or has finished school
  • An application form must be completed (Request Application Form)
  • A main course recipe with a photo attached
  • A short CV with a motivational letter attached
  • Must be able to travel to Bloemfontein in July

  • Occupational Chef Certificate & City and Guilds Diploma

  • 14 months Theoretical & Practical Training at school
  • 16 months Experiential Training at a Venue
  • 30 months in Total
